I had never before today heard of Sanpaku eyes, despite working hard since childbirth to increase my knowledge base. According to the Entertainment Weekly review of 'Twilight,' the movie is OK [Review] but heartthrob star Robert Pattinson has the rare physiological characteristic of Sanpaku, or the visibility of the white of the eye between the iris and the lower eyelid. It is very rare, envied and admired by some, but resented and feared by others. JFK had it. Lincoln had it. Audrina Patridge of the Hills has it.
I feel less settled today than I did yesterday, but unlike the woman on Oprah who cannot forget anything in her life, I can. I will sleep better tomorrow night.
